Round robin tournament. Thinking time 40 days for each player.

Priority in case of equal points: Berger coefficient, head-to-head, lowest starting rating.

To offset the Site Cup: 1st place – 17 points; 2nd place – 15 points; etc. one point less; 16th place – 1 point.

Software is prohibited.
