Circle in one circle. Thinking time: 45 days for each player.

Priority in case of equality of points: personal meeting; Berger coefficient; lowest starting rating.

It is planned to hold four similar tournaments: Winter, Spring, Summer, Autumn. At the end of four tournaments, the best players of this series will be determined. The total score includes points scored against players who took places from 1st to 12th in each tournament, plus points for places: 10 points for 1st and then one point less.
