The playing field is a board that measures eight by eight cells, and they can all have the same color. All chips (and there are 64) are painted in two different colors on both sides. Contrasting combinations are used mainly (light – dark). The cell numbering of the board of the field is as follows: from the left corner from top to bottom there are letters of the Latin alphabet, and from the same corner cell horizontally – the designation takes place with the help of numbers. Each player owns chips only with his color.

Initially, at the beginning of each game four game pieces are put up, 2 from each player. One player places them on the following fields – d5, e4, his opponent on the fields d4, e5. The right to walk first belongs to the one who plays black chips, then the moves are performed alternately. The player places the chip in such a way that between the newly placed and standing on the field chip there is an uninterrupted glad opponent’s chips. It does not matter what series it is: horizontally, vertically, diagonally, the main thing is to block the opponent’s chips with your chips. Thus, when the further path for the opponent’s chips is blocked, then the opponent’s chips change their color (they are turned over), and now belong to the one who covered the possible moves with his chips. In the case when the player closes the way to the opponent’s chips in more than one row in one move, all the rows become his property.

A player can make any moves available to him, but he has no right to refuse when there is an opportunity to make a move. In the case when the opportunity to go is not available, then the right turn is transferred to the opponent. A game is considered to be completed only when a complete set of chips is placed on the playing field, or, in case of impossibility to make at least one move. The winner is the player whose chips appear on the field more after counting.
