Ratings and groups of programs before the start of the tournament 2015
The tournament system is similar to previous years. All engines were divided into 3 groups (leagues). In each league 3 leaders moved to the top group.

As in Gomocup 2014, there were 12 engines in the last group. AcePela, SlowRenju and Highfive reached the final.

Yixin has been the champion since 2012 and this year an update has been announced. But surprises were also possible, because in the first group several new engines were presented. Many improvements have been made to AcePela, open source. Yixin was accelerated and eventually got an even higher rate than in 2014. Lost with only 5 of 88 matches. Yixin showed their best spots and again became the winner of Gomocup 2015. Yixin wrote Kai San from China, congratulations!

2nd place again became RenjuSolver, developed by Xiang Don Wen, and on the third place – Tito, written by Andrey Tokazhev in 2011.

Subsequently, the Gomocap results are converted to ELO ratings.
