An interesting feature of the tournament is the almost complete absence of top-level players who could easily compete for prizes. Only players with low dan are allowed in the tournament. Similar cups in Taiwan have been held since 2012 and every year during the new season, next year the cup will be held in the winter.

Another characteristic feature of this tournament is that it takes place in one day, thanks to reduced control and a small number of tours, which is very rare for Renju competitions and also affects the quality of games.
