1) Results of VT-2015 As you know, VT is a qualifying tournament for the Russian Championship (which will be held in late February). In the championship of Russia are the players who took the first nine places, another sponsor place will be played as a result of the competition. The unofficial name of the tournament is “First League of the Championship of Russia”, 24 in a row.

2) The Taiwan major tournament, the winner of which will play with the current Taiwan major. Lin Huan-Yu was considered to be a clear favorite, while not very famous player Lin Shi-Ping won the tournament.

3) Nakamura became Japan’s mejin ahead of schedule, winning in the third game in a row against the challenger in the match – Hasegawa. The first two games took place in October. Details here.
